Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and free from any dirt or damage.

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, the name used when placing the order, or the email address associated with the purchase.

  • If the return is not due to a product quality issue or if the customer chooses to return the product due to personal preference, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, customers will not be charged any return handling fees.

  • If the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item, Homatics will cover the return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return:

Contact us at support@homatics.com to request a return authorization. After your request is submitted, we will provide you with the return mailing address via email.

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following types of products cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Beta software: If you have applied for beta software for your product and find that it has issues or does not meet your expectations, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be cautious when requesting beta versions.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item after the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and free from any dirt or damage. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, the name used when placing the order, or the email address associated with the purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@homatics.com.

Warranty Policy

At Homatics, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a 1-year warranty on all 3C products from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage: 

  • The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • The warranty does not cover issues caused by:
    • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
    • Accidents or external factors beyond our control
    • Normal wear and tear
  • How to Claim Warranty:

  • If you believe your product is defective and covered by the warranty, please contact us at support@homatics.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  • Our team will assess the claim and, if eligible, will offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

    Before returning or exchanging your product, please ensure that you restore the device to its factory settings to erase any personal information. This step is important for protecting your privacy.
